用途 Purpose:

• 适宜PVC、PE、低烟无卤等塑料挤出，主要用于电源线、电脑线、绝缘线护套等生产。
• Suitable for extrusion of PVC, PE, low smoke halogen-free, and other plastics, mainly used for the production of power cords, computer cables, insulation wire sheaths, etc.

设备组成 Equipment Composition:

• 由放线架、整直台、主机、主控柜、水槽、储线架、牵引机、连动裁线机等组成。
• Consists of payoff stand, straightening platform, main extruder, main control cabinet, water trough, wire storage rack, traction machine, synchronized cutting machine, etc.
• 可选配铜线预热器、过粉机、低烟无卤专用螺杆、低密度螺杆、高密度螺杆、镭射测径仪及PLC电脑全程控制。
• Optional configurations include copper wire preheater, powder feeder, special screw for low smoke halogen-free materials, low-density screw, high-density screw, laser diameter gauge, and PLC computer full-process control.
