用途 Purpose:

• BVR导体线和高温导体线分层绞合, 完全可代替 200 型管绞机所生产的产品。

技术特点 Technical Features:

• 生产1+6+12正规绞合产品时, 同时完成了1+6和1+12两道工序绞合, 大大降低了生产成本, 提高了工作效率, 同时本机转速是200管绞机的两倍, 且每旋转一转可实现两个节距, 因此产量是200型管绞机45倍。
• When producing 1+6+12 regular twisted products, it simultaneously completes the twisting of 1+6 and 1+12 processes, greatly reducing production costs and improving work efficiency. Meanwhile, the rotational speed of this machine is twice that of the 200-type tube twister, and it can achieve two pitches per rotation, resulting in a production capacity 45 times that of the 200-type tube twister.
• 采用PLC控制磁粉离合器收线, 保证张力恒定, 绞线质量优异。
• Adopts PLC control of magnetic powder clutch for take-up, ensuring constant tension and excellent twisting quality.
