技术特点 Technical Features:

• 设备用于各种电缆、光缆的收卷成盘。
• 主体机构采用优质中空矩形钢管和钢板折弯件焊接而成, 横梁采用两根大型精密研磨光杆互联组合结构, 整体外形美观, 钢性好, 强度高。
• 收线架满足PN1000-PN2000mm线盘的夹紧、放松和提升。保证线盘定位可靠, 其中升降机构能左右同时升降也可单升单降。线盘夹紧、放松结构为双边方式, 能左右同时夹紧、放松, 也可单独移动, 便于线盘夹紧, 且夹紧力可调, 超负载自动保护。上下升降采用光电开关限位保护。
• 收线主电机采用伺服电机 +K 系高精密度减速机驱动, 排线采用伺服电机+ 精密滚珠螺杆排线, 精度高, 排线均匀。
• 设备安装方便无需开挖基础, 只需膨胀螺栓定位即可。

• The wire take-up frame meets the clamping, relaxing, and lifting of PN1000-PN2000mm wire reels. It ensures reliable positioning of the wire reels, and the lifting mechanism can lift simultaneously or individually. The clamping and relaxing structure of the wire reels is bidirectional, capable of simultaneous or separate clamping and relaxing, facilitating wire reel clamping, with adjustable clamping force and automatic overload protection. The up and down lifting adopts photoelectric switch limit protection.
• The main motor for wire take-up adopts servo motor + K-series high-precision reducer drive, and the wire laying adopts servo motor + precision ball screw wire laying, with high precision and uniform wire laying.
• The equipment is easy to install without the need for excavation of the foundation, only requiring expansion bolt positioning.
