用途 Purpose:

• 本系列生产线有适用不同工艺及材料而设计的押出加强结构，能适应色条、色皮与低烟无卤、尼龙护套共挤等工艺要求。
• This series of production lines are designed with extrusion reinforcement structures suitable for different processes and materials, capable of meeting the requirements of color stripes, color skin, low smoke halogen-free, and nylon sheath co-extrusion processes.
• 精密的押出工艺控制,押出外径误差可控制在±0.01mm。
• Precise extrusion process control, with extrusion outer diameter error controlled within ±0.01mm.
• 可选配移动卧式押出附机或其他形式之附机,满足单注条、双注条及尼龙共挤等多样化工艺技术要求。
• Optional configurations include mobile horizontal extrusion auxiliary machine or other forms of auxiliary machines to meet the diverse technological requirements of single-stripe, double-stripe, and nylon co-extrusion.
• 可选配快速换色系统，可不停机即可更换色皮颜色，从而降低废品率，并提高工效。
• Optional rapid color change system can change the color of the color skin without stopping the machine, thereby reducing the scrap rate and improving efficiency.
• 根据不同的工艺要求，可选配电脑自动摇盘机、双轴自动换轴收线机、普通双轴半自动收线机及简易成圈机等。
• According to different process requirements, optional configurations include computer automatic coil winding machine, dual-axis automatic shaft changing take-up machine, ordinary dual-axis semi-automatic take-up machine, and simple coiling machine.
• 品质控制:配外径检测反馈装置﹐全程控制产品的外径，同心度等工艺参数。
• Quality control: equipped with outer diameter detection feedback device to control the outer diameter, concentricity, and other process parameters throughout the process.
• 电控:进口变频器+PLC触摸屏控制。
• Electric control: imported frequency converter + PLC touch screen control.
